      广州嘉德成立十七年来，亲历并见证了中国艺术品市场从懵懂起步到全面繁荣的整个过程，自身也积累了不少经验与教训。鉴于当前国内艺术品拍卖市场的发展趋势，结合考虑企业发展规律，在我们的主动提议下，广州嘉德创始股东中国嘉德国际拍卖有限公司决定将其持有的广州嘉德全部股份转让给中国嘉德另一创始股东广州市华艺企业有限公司。与此相关，广州嘉德更名为“广州华艺国际拍卖有限公司”。即将到来的2011年冬季拍卖会，我们将以全新的姿态、以“广州华艺国际拍卖有限公司”之名亮相。更名后的“广州华艺国际拍卖有限公司”，立足于重新打造一个拍卖公司品牌。在公司组织架构及员工队伍基本保持不变的前提下，以新形象、新姿态，深入挖掘区域资源优势，把国际和国内的相关资源引入区域市场，力争在较短的时间内将广州华艺国际拍卖有限公司打造成为立足于南方的，最具创新能力及自身特色的拍卖平台，为尊贵的客户提供更高效率及更高质量的服务，创造更大的价值。

With the long-term supports from all sectors of society, China Guardian Guangzhou has distinguished itself as a leader in the auction world in Southern China, renowned for its wide influence, pristine reputation, and best performance among peers.  Here, we would love to express our sincere gratitude for your love and supports.

      Since the company was founded 17 years ago, China Guardian Guangzhou has witnessed the entire transformation of China’s art market, from its youth to the current prosperity. Taking into consideration of the current market trend and what is best for the company’s future, we initiated a proposal to buy back the shares held by our founding shareholder China Guardian International Auction Co. Ltd., thus transferring company’s ownership to Huayi Enterprise, the other founding shareholder of China Guardian Guangzhou. From now on, China Guardian Guangzhou is renamed as "Guangzhou Huayi International Auction Co.  Ltd." For the upcoming 2011 winter auction, we will debut as "Guangzhou Huayi International Auction Co. Ltd." and is positioned to build a brand under this new name. With the company's organizational structure and staff remain unchanged, we are geared to utilize local advantages, channel new domestic and oversea resources into our regional market, and build a strong foothold in the South to become the most innovative auction with our own characteristics, in order to serve our valued clients with greater efficiency and higher quality for maximum values.

     Art auction not only plays an important role in cultural development, but also acts as a regional cultural window.
